I really enjoyed the central location. It was super close to great places to eat. the super helpful staff created a lovely environment for our stay! the room was clean and i found it very comfortable.
i wish the hotel had offered assistance with my luggage upon arrival. no one greeted me at the door, so i had to manage my bags alone. this was a bit disappointing.

I was disappointed by the room itself. It was dreary and felt quite depressing for a hotel of this supposed calibre. the dark fixtures and poor lighting did not help, and the shower seemed outdated.
