fantastic stay!
helpful staff clean room
I really enjoyed the central location. It was super close to great places to eat. the super helpful staff created a lovely environment for our stay! the room was clean and i found it very comfortable.
i wish the hotel had offered assistance with my luggage upon arrival. no one greeted me at the door, so i had to manage my bags alone. this was a bit disappointing.

the hotel has a superb position close to darling harbour. it is also near the city and transport hubs at town hall. you can easily access many attractions from this spot.

the hotel provides easy parking including ev charging, a definite plus! breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. the comfortable beds and quiet room contributed to a restful stay.

my room was quite spacious, comfortable, and lovely. the bathroom was roomy and included a bathtub, which i really appreciated! i especially enjoyed the clean space.

loud crackling ac noise
the location was quite convenient for getting to the icc..
I had issues with the air conditioning unit. It made loud crackling noises all night, a sleepless night before i checked out.

adequate stay, but some issues
dreary room outdated shower
the location was convenient, close to darling harbour and transport.
I was disappointed by the room itself. It was dreary and felt quite depressing for a hotel of this supposed calibre. the dark fixtures and poor lighting did not help, and the shower seemed outdated.
